Comments: My sincerest condolences and deepest sympathies to Mons. Archpriest, Can. Anthony, Mrs. Marija Refalo, and the whole Refalo family on the passing away of their father, husband, and friend, Michael.

Our prayers, love and affection are with all of you so that the Good Lord will give you the strength that you need as you go through this time of mourning.
We remembered him, and you, at mass this morning here at St. Anne's in Sorrento, Louisiana.

When I was in Xaghra, two weeks ago, I had the privilege of visiting the Refalo home and giving my priestly blessing to Michael.
